Our own team of highly skilled property development tradesmen are all based in Milton Keynes and are all fully managed by Phillip Lashbrook who will also be your first point of contact and will liase with you all the way through the entire process so you know exactly what is being done and when. Phillip can meet you to discuss your ideas and what you want to acheive, and once ageed put them into action right away. We can offer advice on space saving, decor, room enhancements, electrics and plumbing right down to the chime of the door bell. Our tradesmen are all registered and approved tradesmen with the associated governing bodies such as Gas Safe and Part P.

We have the tradesmen to cover, plastering, plumbing, electrics, building works, decorating, carpet fitting, wooden flooring, tiling, kitchen design & installations, coving….to name only a few. We only use skilled trades, we do not use so called ‘multi-trades’ or ‘handymen’ on any of our projects so you can be rest assured only a skilled time served painter will do the painting, only a qualified plumber will do the plumbing, only a Gas Safe registered gas engineer will do the gas works, only a qualified and registered electrician will do the electrics ect…this way each and every part of the job is to the highest of standards and meets all required regulations.

We can deal with all the building control requirements and paper work on your behalf should you wish us to do so.
